Goods leave within 3 days of receiving your orders.
Shipping via postal airfreight to most countries usually takes approximately 10 days. Seldom does it exceed 2 weeks.

All products come well packed so as to minimize breakages.
Refunds/returns Policy
Should you receive a damaged item, you must notify 2CO directly within 48 hours of receipt. The goods must be returned to us in the original packaging within 14 days. Upon receipt, African Memories will then replace the damaged product and reship it within 3 days or refund you should stocks not be available. As we do not cover the cost of shipping damaged goods back, we will include a small gift item as compensation when sending you the replacement.
International customers should make use of a courier that offers shipment tracking, and insure your package for safe return by declaring the full value of the shipment, failing which loss or damage will be for your account. Should you choose to use a carrier that does not offer a tracking facility and the goods are lost, then no refund or return will be considered.
